You can order on line securely through PAYPAL

Payment

We accept payment through PAYPAL

Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible

but please allow up to 28 days for delivery from placing your order.

Postage

We do not charge for postage for orders delivered in the UK. Orders are sent by second class Royal Mail post. If your address is non UK mainland, Scottish Highlands or overseas please contact us via the contact us form and we can give you a postage quote.

Returns

We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt.

Please ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.

Disclaimer

Some of our greeting cards have small buttons attached to them and are therefore not suitable for babies and young children.

As most of our cards are handmade or handprinted slight variations of some of the components might change from the photographed card this is part of the making process. Our Buttons are vintage and therefore may vary from the image shown.

Personalised/Custom Items

We do not offer refunds or returns on personalised or custom orders unless an item is faulty.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all information given to us is spelt correctly.
